sleepy cat on the wall taking a peaceful nap away from it all
staring into oblivion happy from the days end spending it with friends
suspicious looking at the camera man hoping for good photos
sunny: works well with mid-morning and after noon sunlight
shade: works with heavy shade scenarios such as portraits under a tree
cloudy: outdoor scenes with over casted lighting
flash: scenes lit by standard off-camera speedlights and pop-up flashes
incandescent: works with indoor scenes with standard light bulbs
fluorescent: works with indoor lights with fluorescent light bulbs
i had my iso at 200 while my shutter speed was at 21st of a second i had the lights on and my aperture was at f-13. it took a while to get the right setting through lots of trial and error but i did manage to figure it out with some help. and it was pretty hard to figure out the flash and how it worked.
there are nine different types of formatting files. JPEG, HEIF, TIFF, RAW, DNG, PNG, GIF, BMP, PSD
JPEG: jpeg may be small but its able to fit more photos onto one memory card but at the cost of the image quality.
HEIF: they are smaller than jpegs but still have high quality
TIFF: lets you print at the highest quality and at much larger sizes but requires more storage
RAW: image quality is the best of the best but takes a significant time to convert and edit the photos
DNG: safer option in case of incompatibility if your camera can’t create Dng’s it will take a while to convert the raw photos to DNG
PNG: lossless compression allows for good quality that isn’t compromised when editing.
GIF: limited colors make GIF a poor choice when it comes for having photos
BMP: BMP can be used for high quality printing.
PSD: your able to manipulate the photo on many different layer once the image is edited it can be saved as any other format
it was most likely done on a very cloudy day with a possible chance to rain and also in a lake. they most likely had used a tripod to hold the camera
hdr photography consists of both shadows and light combining into one beautiful scene with different ranges of colors and light
I used a tripod and had to manually move the shutter speed and aperture to get the right light levels for the shot.
